Dear Editor Wow, the whole Midwest is in a major water shortage.
The golf course over pumped their wells. The state water board shut the wells off, and they cannot pump for 2 years. In addition to that they were fined $10,000.00.
So, the city of Leoti, in all their infinite wisdom installed a water line to golf course piping at a cost of over $10,000.00.
City water is being flowed to the golf course …
