Another beloved event returned to Leoti last weekend, as Wichita County Economic Development were finally able to hold their 16th Annual Chili and Soup Cook-Off. Postponed for a year (because what wasn't?), the event drew the curious and the faithful, including around 100 spectators and the eight organizations and businesses that created chili or soup for tasting.
