Week ending May 14, 2021: Morgan Brothers started removal of asphalt and soil at the M Street intersection and progressed north to mid-block between M and L. Rain on Tuesday delayed the project on Wednesday. Morgan Brothers excavator broke down Thursday, but was fixed that same day. Removal was continued on Friday.
