Due to the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 in Wichita County, the Museum of the Great Plains will be closed until further notice.
Fire Chief Charlie Hughes reminds all Wichita County residents that the County remains under a county-wide burn ban. "Do not burn trash, trees or anything else due to the extremely dry conditions," the Chief said. The ban will remain in effect until further notice.
