Warpath to Wellness members (threaten?) encourage movement and healthy foods to 'Pump You Up!' (Your reporter had to dig deep to pull Hans and Franz from his memory banks!)
The Wichita County Library and their Abominable Snowmonster of the North-themed book-and-candymobile tie Farm Bureau for third place.
Farm Bureau Financial Services may not have been born in a barn, but they tie the WC Library for third place.
Mmm. We're not sure what the City is trying to say here, but suddenly we have a craving for chocolate with a hard candy shell.
It appears the people have spoken. Trunk or treat? No. Treats directly from the trunks! All the treats. All. Of. Them.

We have three options here, folks. Either them at the Wichita County Courthouse have a short attention span or they don't know how to keep score or... their baseball game is definitely something to cry about.
At 5pm on Thursday, October 31, the City of Leoti hosted its Second Annual Trunk or Treat event at the Wichita County Courthouse.Ten organizations entered the festivities. Attendance was fantastic.
