City of Leoti Governing Body met in special session Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., at the City Hall Meeting Room.
Mayor Charlie Hughes and Councilors Greg Graff, Tammie Meyer-Givens, and Tyrrell Tankersley were present. City Clerk Jeannine Hassell and Charles Moser were also present. Councilors Kelma Burch and Derek Meyer were absent.
