Wichita County Board of Commissioners met in regular session on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 8:30 am at the Wichita County courthouse located at 206 South 4 th St, Leoti, KS. Commissioners present were Vic Case, Jason Wells and Cole Carpenter. Also present were Lynda Goodrich, Herb Peters and Diana Long.
