Tyrel and Jessica Owens of Minneapolis are happy to announce the arrival of their son, Brooks Lee, born on October 22, 2024, at 10:31 a.m., at Salina Regional Health Center. He weighed seven pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.
