League of Kansas Municipalities Honors “Local Leaders of Tomorrow” Contest Winners
(Topeka) - On Friday, May 3rd the League of Kansas Municipalities recognized six 7th graders for their participation in the League’s annual “Local Leaders of Tomorrow” essay contest. This year, the League recognized Elliana Kufahl, a 7th-grade student at Rock Creek Middle School, as the statewide winner. Elliana’s essay represented the northeast region of Kansas.
