Member Satisfaction at Wheatland Electric Cooperative Inc. Remains Among Highest in Nation with ACSI Score of ‘92’

SCOTT CITY—Wheatland Electric Cooperative Inc., recently completed a member-wide customer satisfaction survey in which members scored WEC as one of the highest rated utilities in the nation.

Both paper and online survey responses were sent to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), a company that measures customer satisfaction across multiple industries throughout the entire United States.
