Saturday night, a strong thund erstorm passed through the area, bringing with it heavy rain and strong winds.
A gust of 60mph was reported two miles east of Leoti at 9:03pm. A 71mph gust was recorded at 9:15pm, followed by a 68mph gust two miles south-southeast of Leoti at 9:19pm.
One power pole was snapped on the north side of town, while large branches and trees were felled across town.
