On October 19th, 2021, one of our staff members tested positive for COVID-19. Per CMS and KDADS regulations this puts our facility into “outbreak” status. We will be testing staff members and residents accordingly.
What this means as far as visitation: (LTC, ISB, SSB) Compassionate and Comfort Care visitations will be allowed.
