The Grand Marshals of the 2022 Wichita County Fair Parade are Vic and Deb Case.
Vic grew up in Wichita County, where his family is one of the few remaining original settlers. After graduating from high school in 1965, Vic went off to college in Colby. His second year there, he met Deb Smith, who grew up in Russell Springs.
