LEOTI—René Antonio Mora Lucero, 65, passed away surrounded by his loving family at his home in Leoti, Kansas on Saturday, September 5, 2020. He was born to Placida Eustolia Lucero de Mora and Donato Mora on January 17, 1955 in Chihuahua, Mexico. He married Isabel Martinez in Los Angeles, California on December 9, 1976.
He is survived by his wife Isabel Mora of Leoti, KS; sons, René Raul Mora of Leoti, KS, and Miguel Donato Mora and wife Krista of Tulsa, OK; daughters, Yadira DeLaCruz and husband Nelson of Leoti, KS, Victoria Ramirez and husband Jessie of Whittier, CA, Yerania Maldonado and husband Carlos of Leoti, KS, Isabel Monroy and husband Mario of Richmond, VA, and Yariana Padilla and husband Angel of Leoti, KS; eight beloved grandchildren, Andrea, Natalie, Angel, Naomi, Lucas, Mateo, Ema, and baby Eliza on the way; brothers, Raul Jacinto Mora Lucero of Chihuahua, MX and Juan Ernesto Mora Lucero of Baja, CA; sisters, Maria Enriqueta Mora de Torres of Chihuahua, MX and Maria del Carmen Mora de Zubia of Chihuahua, MX
He is preceded in death by his son René Antonio Mora, Jr.; brothers, Ramon Donato Mora Lucero, and Jesus José Mora Lucero; and sister, Irene Mora de Sabas.
