Wichita County Prairie Pals FCE regretfully announces that, due to safety concerns, the annual Holiday Festival has been cancelled.
The FCE ladies will still hold their annual fundraising sale of frozen homemade chicken pot pies and Mexican shell casseroles. The proceeds will go toward scholarships for Wichita County youth.
