Week Ending March 6, 2021: Monday through Wednesday Morgan Brothers Construction was not on site. They were awaiting the geofabric to be delivered to site.
They arrived on Thursday morning and placed geofabric from Orange St. to Olive St, and then were subsequently rained out on Friday March 5. The concrete plant was moved in and is located 1 mile west of town on the South side of the road.
