The Wichita County Community Foundation (WCCF) seeks a new logo and tagline/slogan to debut along with their remodeled website. Instead of commissioning an outside artist to create his or her impression of Wichita County, the Foundation Board members wish to take this opportunity to encourage and recognize local artistic talent.
