The Wichita County FCE Council awarded a $500 scholarship to Waylon West, son of Heath and Stephanie West.
Waylon graduated from WCHS in 2021 and was active in many activities at WCHS, as well as in the Community, during his High School career. He just finished his freshman year at Fort Hays State University, majoring in Medical Diagnostic Imaging. He continues to volunteer for the Leoti EMS.
