Center Beacon Replaces Old Stoplights in Leoti— Kansas Department of Transportation and State highway employees were in Leoti on Monday, June 22, to put a flashing center beacon in the center of the intersection of Highway 96 and Highway 25. This beacon will replace the old stoplights that have been flashing red at the 4-way stop.
