Residents may have noticed a new bright orange trailer sitting next to the former LuLu's Mexican Eatery on East Broadway. Turns out, it holds a kitchen that Carlos and Yaquelin Rapalo are using in conjunction with the building. The new restaurant is called La Michoacana.
