Resurfacing began Aug. 6 in Ness County

According to the Kansas Department of Transportation, traffic changes for a resurfacing project along K-96 from the Lane/ Ness county line east to the east city limits of Ness City are anticipated to start on Tuesday, Aug. 6.K-96 traffic will be reduced to one lane in sections as they work on the 18.32-mile-long project area.
