The Grand Champion Steer— The Grand Champion 4-H Steer award at the fair this week in Leoti was won by Alvin Wilken, fourteen-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Hey Wilken of southeast Wichita County. “Buster” weighs 920 pounds and is a Hereford. Alvin is a member of the Lydia Jayhawkers.
