City to Present Second Annual Trunk or Treat on Halloween

The City of Leoti and Wichita County invite everyone to a safe Halloween activity. Join the fun on Thursday, October 31, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, at the north side of the Wichita County Courthouse, for the Second Annual TRUNK OR TREAT.

This event is designed to provide a safe and fun way for families to enjoy Halloween.
