A Fond Farewell and a New Chapter

For the past year, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my passion for health and wellness with you through this column, Bite Size Wellness. It began with a simple desire: to offer practical advice and encouragement in service to the community and to demonstrate that healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. I hoped to provide a resource, a spark of inspiration, and to connect with those seeking guidance in their wellness journeys.

As I move forward, I will be concluding Bite Size Wellness to focus on different priorities. However, my commitment to sharing valuable health and wellness information remains strong.

I’ve launched a free weekly newsletter, a space where I can continue to connect with those who are interested in my insights and guidance with a more personal touch. I discuss what it actually takes to get (and more importantly STAY) healthy, and exactly how to stop starting over again.
