Carol Ann Biel

Biel, Carol Ann, 67, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Saturday, November 4th, 2023. She was born February 20th, 1956, to Marvin and Cleo Carpenter in Scott City, Kansas.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dale Biel; and brother, Terry Carpenter. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer ( Gary ) Har t l e y ; grandchildren, Levi Foust, Joslyn Foust; great-grandchildren, Dakota, Nova, Celeste, Edwin; companion, Joe Merritt; siblings, Jack, Tim, Mike, Connie, and Cathy.

Memorial Service is 1:00 pm, Friday, November 17th, 2023, at Smith Mortuary-Haysville, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville, Kansas 67060.
