Leoti, Kansas—Kenneth Ray Bishop, 98, passed away on November 13, 2021, at the Wichita County Hospital. He was born on February 19, 1923, in Leoti, the son of Elvin and Inez Henry Bishop.
Kenneth was a lifetime member of the Leoti community. After serving during World War II in the US Army Air Corps, he returned to Leoti and worked as a farmer and rancher.
