Michael Keith Dutton, 60, was born November 5, 1962, to Leroy and Joyce Dutton in Leoti, Kansas, and died in San Antonio, Texas, in October 2023. He graduated from KU with a mechanical engineering degree and a master’s degree in business administration. He worked at Black and Veech Engineering Consulting firm in Kansas City and San Antonio, and then worked as a private consultant for many years.
Survivors include his parents, Joyce Suiter and Leroy Dutton; two sisters, Cheryl Johnson and husband, Doug, and Dr. Jonelle Gaddis; three nephews and one niece, Christopher Johnson and wife, Makenzi, Braeden Johnson and wife, Dana, Christian Gaddis, Alexis Lemke and husband, Matt. His aunts and uncles are George and Elaine Miller, Chuck Fuller and the late Mary Ann Fuller, Lonn and Darlene Poage, Wayne and Yolette Miller, Rick and Janet Hudson, Dennis and Deena Dutton, and Darrell and Carol Dutton (deceased). He also had many cousins.
