Raymond Joe Medina

Raymond Joe Medina, age 63, of Liberal, Kansas, formerly of Leoti, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023, after a short illness.

He was born on April 19, 1960, the son of Cipriano Pinon Medina and Mary Medina in Wichita, Kansas.

He leaves behind five sisters, Petra Cantu of Tribune, Kansas, Maria Medina of Garden City, Kansas, Adelida Marra of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Chris Cullum of Blackwell, Oklahoma, and Patricia Worf of Garden City, Kansas; two brothers, Frank Medina of Weskan, Kansas, and George Medina of Newton, Kansas.

Preceded in death by his parents, Cipriano Pinon Medina and Mary Medina; and siblings, Angel McMillan, Samuel Medina, and Manuel Medina.

Funeral Mass was held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 11, 2023, at St. Anthony of Padua, with Reverend Bernard Felix celebrating at 600 S. 4th Street, Leoti, Kansas 67861. A burial followed at Leoti Cemetery in Leoti, Kansas.
