LOGAN COUNTY – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) arrested a Logan County EMT Wednesday morning for child sex crimes.On Wednesday, April 8, at 9:23 a.m., KBI agents with the Child Victims Unit ex e c u t ed an arrest warrant at 703 W. Third St., in Oakley, for Dennis D. Dees, 39, of WaKeeney.
