KBI arrests two following child abuse investigation

CHEYENNE COUNTY – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) arrested a Cheyenne County emergency dispatcher following an investigation into the physical abuse of children.On September 4, 2025, the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office requested KBI assistance after receiving a report of child abuse.
