Annual FCE 4th Grade Essay and Artwork Contest Winners Honored

COLBY—A Thomas County school teacher has been arrested and charged with alleged child sex crimes. The Thomas County Jail website indicates that 41- year - ol d Jason Ostmeyer was arrested by Colby Police and booked Wednesday afternoon, April 1, 2026.
