Leoti—Richard “Dick” Romig Sheets, 99, of Leoti, Kansas, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on September 28, 2023. He was born on March 11, 1924, in Topeka, Kansas, to Edvin and Hazel Sheets. Dick was a loving husband to his late wife, Rosamary, who passed away March 8, 2020.
